Solwhit wins the Morgiana from Hurricane Fly

Solwhit laid an early claim to the Champion Hurdle when sprinting to victory in Punchestown's Morgiana Hurdle and beating last year's top novice hurdle Hurricane Fly in the process.

top class hurdle form at the mo is very mixed. think the handicapper has underestimated the novices of 09/10. thining there will be a new order come march 2011

i was there that day hurricane fly wasnt well all week they just entered him and took there chance ,hurricane fly beat go native by 10 lenghts who won the fighting fifth so that form is solid
