RAPbond 240 is a Gilsonite fortified recycling material specifically designed to work in conjunction with mobile and static hot recycling equipment. As the need for recycled material is becoming ever more prevalent, the use of re-heated road millings has its limitations in relation to the workability of the resultant product.

The addition of RAPbond 240 during the heating of the road millings removes these workability issues to the point where EU accredited laboratories have tested the graded recycled material, treated with RAPbond 240, and have found it to have the properties of new asphalt from a Hot Mix plant.
