In the comics they do fight and deadpool does win i just don't remember if he kills wolverine

Ok, this is just my opinion, but this can also apply Deadpool too since his healing factor is supposedly be better than wolverine. But, I think if there even a very small amount of DNA on Wolverine or Deadpool bones they re able to regenerate since it work on a microscopic level . Wolverine, Deadpool and even the Hulk supposedly have uncharted regenerative abilities.
