@KozakSportsPerform I would just like to say, you're right about the isometric work out being a static, however the way that bruce lee did them was with 100% effort in the static position, so for example, trying to push up a bar that you can't move and pushing it with everything you have.

isometric, maybe but absolutely not bruce lee's...i havent found any of these you are showing here performed by Bruce Lee and important part is he used bar with the power rack for that excercise to get maximal power out of him in the certain period of time.
"We did research :)" ...you had wrong source then.

@Segadoway Still does you good :)

@KozakSportsPerform He was right about it not being a horse stance, the form wasn't right, however there are several different kinds of horse stance, and they are at varying heights.
That was just an Isometric squat hold.

@Segadoway :) I agree with you...

@mianki Incorrect.
This isn't isometrics and also this isn't the Isometric workout that Bruce lee did!!

@Johnwingchun We strongly disagree!
Definition of Isometric: type of strength training in which the joint angle and muscle length do not change during contraction (compared to concentric or eccentric contractions, called dynamic/isotonic movements). Isometrics are done in static positions, rather than being dynamic through a range of motion.
Next, Bruce Lee did state in an article that these were some of his favorite moves. We did research :)
Your rebuttal?

GREAT ADVICE! Bruce was RIPPED so I plan on doing these workouts everyday. My friend met Bruce LeROY in Florida, you know, the guy from "The Last Dragon"? He said he was in pink tights so he didn't stay for a Polaroid©. Great vids and instruction.

@DOCTORDANification Thanks Dan! LOL! Great story! I wouldn't want a picture with pink tights on either.
