LOL, looks like the Power Supply is put in backwards. How are you sup[posed to run the Hard Drive and Motherboard cables into the case if the big round hole is used for a fan!. Or did I just see that wrong, I don't think so! ROFL

The Power supply goes in normally, not backwards. It plugs into the outside of the case as normal. Inside you have all your Power Cables and they reach the Motherboard, Drives, and Video Card just fine (though PSUs with short cables may not reach the Motherboard 4 pin connector).
The fan of the Power Supply sucks air over the IDE drives.
