@nikkkkkkkkkkkkkkk1 is not it ... only comment was that I worked with a Portuguese chef who already has around 20-year career that made the stage in a short time ..... Can Rocca although not sure if it was in the Arzak Can Rocca .... it is an excellent chef but not the next Adria, although I'm not a fan of Adria ....
