  • great guitarrist

  • He was my guitar teacher. You haven't lived until you have to sit across from someone like him and show what you've learned that week. Also the single most genuine human being you'll ever meet.

  • @kong1245 Thank you for your support! ♫♪s♪♫

  • @iggy3x Who would dare mess with Napster? LOL "Nagasake" was indeed written and recorded by Mr. Rex Carroll himself. I have seen his tabs with my own eyes. :) ♫♪s♪♫

  • God is awsome!! I love to see talinted people serving him.

  • Not original, hes been playin that forever...still never gets old tho

  • @freetotheworld1 it really depends on which part your talking about. He does like Am And Em alot. but if you google powertabs you can find naskake, hammer and the nail and part flashpoint , it's not the 2 handed tapping ready but if you download that on just imagine the higer notes tapped and you will sound like it. good luck

  • What scales does this guy solo off of? I really wanna know!

  • @iggy3x

You can do the pick up toggle switch flip on any guitar that has 2 pick ups and is wired to switch between pick ups. Les Pauls however do not have a tremolo bar stock. Not all Gibson are Les Pauls. The guitar being played here is a Gibson Explorer. And far as George Lynch he is talented. My favorite guitar players are Rhoads,Lynch,Carrol,Malmsteen. I am not gonna say one ripped player off. They are all classically inspired players so they ripped off the classical masters.

  • Thank you for posting this. We will link to you when we get it uploaded on our channel. We would love more information on it if you have it.

  • @DJGuitarist4God Not "could" but "does!" Check out what he's doing with The Rex Carroll Band now and he's still touring with Whitecross as well. You can find both bands on Facebook and hopefully near you in concert!

  • Very good guitarist... My 3rd fav, to Eddie van Halen and Randy rhoads...

But y does he hav clown hair?

  • @kingsxkids lol You obviously have not listened to much Rex Carroll, yes Rex played a lot of fast minor pentatonic stuff, but he also would incorporate stuff from classical composers such as Paganini. Honestly, Rex could do a lot of highly technical things.

Btw, I like Georges playing too. :)

  • who cares if george or rex is better, we are all created by the same god and we all have the blood of a champion in us, each person has their own talent, so how can either one be better then the other, if their both created by the same god, each one is good in his own way

  • @iggy3x

George and Rex are both great.

I think Rex is more of a bluesmaster, with arpeggios, but George is a hard rock machine. few can keep up with his barrage of scales and forms,

    and he never gets tired.

  • the best!!!

  • boring :( till 2:40 :D

  • wow...

    he's good...

    very good...

congrats for her and for who post this video...

    XD...

  • u mean a failiure of god? look at his face rofl

  • Rex you Rock! So glad you buzzed that hair off.....

  • Ok This was one of may favorite guitarists in the 80s. I was a piano major during my time in the university and love the fact that he incorporated the Bach prelude in Cmaj into his solo. It brought back my remembrances of my prof making me sight read the pieces in the well tempered clavier..... ouch....

  • hes good but george been playing 45 yrs and why one few like satch and vai to last test of time and all other try to imulate them because they break new ground and george lynch used les paul in concert i was there and lynchmob 2 album on no good and shadow life few songs on that r les paul hes and esp man rep for them 25 yrs and his model designed guitars is 8 and best selling then kirk hammet would be next according to ESP no matter what lynch put out an album every 2 yrs top that

  • awesome!
