Food for Life TV host Jill Eckart, C.H.H.C., prepares Harvest Pudding. Last week, PCRM president Neal Barnard, M.D., discussed the "Three Sisters," a Native American system for planting corn, beans, and squash. Harvest Pudding utilizes both corn and pumpkin.
