Upon the last line in the second verse, I thought the female main chractor was saying that she admits the fact in which SHE cannot stop HIM to love someone else. So, I think it should have been translated as follows:

I cannot make you stop loving someone else, can I?

There is one more:

I want YOU to hold ME and say, "There are no...... and so on."
