Taking one for the team, Head of the Trent regatta 2010 heroic rower (4 seat of crew 335, of Leander Boat Club from Hamilton, Ontario) with broken oar jumps overboard to lighten the boat after it limps through the Peterborough Canal. The boat was 4th of 5 in its group. He then swims the broken oar to shore to a round of applause from the audience.

    2. Normally true, but at HOTT, until after the canal I don't think he could/should have - too congested.
