@Lillyfees Glad you kept the tail! Love Aussies with tails. Unless, of course, they are hunting and running through the underbrush, or whatever reason people say they started multilating puppies.

@BiddiesAntics if it has solid red on the back, then white around the collar, then red on the head (maybe some white markings) then it's a red tri. Google images should help :)

I love your puppy! I thought mine was a red merle, but I think he is a red tri, his red coat is a very solid color... I'm not sure, he's the first dog I've ever had. :P

actually, it's just not very common over here, none of the puppies tails were bobbed.

my red merle just gave birth a week ago but they look "blue merle" (white with black spots) is that how red merles look when they're born or is it safe to say the pups are blue merle?
