Minecraft - 1.7 Piston lightswitch

Here I'm just showing you two ways of using pistons to modify light levels.

In the first example I'm just blocking/unlbocking daylight. You could switch the stone blocks for glowstones and it will work at night too.

In the second example I had some trouble cause when using a sticky piston you can't make two blocks stick. So it would have to be a sand/gravel block or you'd have to place a piston visible on the floor.
