@YankeeSlayer69 what´s wrong with splenda?
-
@MadeFitTV Yeah! I was lookin for a cheesecake recipe..and it happens to find yours! What happens with me is that I completely distrust big transnational companies, and the things they put in their products.. and of course, all of that adds like "fat free", "sugar free" or "light" means that the product have even more additives to keep it tasty.. My mindset go more towards raw state or organic products. But heyy..chil! jeje of course I love ur vids! I really appreciate what u do for us.

Amazing! Simply, amazing! I've never seen anything so amazing in all my life!

Egg whites are better because they lack the yolk, which contains saturated fat. A whole egg contains 4.5g fat, 7g protein, and about 70 calories. An egg white has 0g fat, 3g protein, and only 15 calories. So, if you want to cut back, make an omelet with 4 egg whites and one whole egg. In recipes, it's not so bad to eat one or two : )
@ MadefitTV lol, i use something called nativa its like stevia but sweeter. Love your show by the way, I am in australia, we dont have it here, but I watch your episodes on youtube. You look fantastic. Im training to compete also. well done.

GOOD recipe but I agree with the splenda. Stevia is the way to go.

@Fitange I just can't get over the "bug spray" taste of stevia, lol! I try to alternate them, though ; )

STAY AWAY FROM SPLENDAAA...! Ur best friend??! U dissapoint me Jenny! You are a nutrition expert..you must know about the dangers of artificial sweeteners!! Thumbs down for this one.. :S

@YankeeSlayer69 This is an older one and you're just seeing it now, Yankee?? LOL! I ALWAYS stress moderation with everything, including controversial artificial sweeteners. A small serving a day should be fine, based on what I know and the data that is available thus far. However, we are all entitled to our own opinions and practices based on the information we are provided with from companies. I hope that you still continue to find value in my videos - Nothing but love!
