honestly, the muscle puff, aura swells, and grunts all add to part of what made DBZ great. I understand sometimes it is corny, but that honestly adds to the charm DBZ brought many of us as kids watching Toonami. I would not change DBZ at all. In kai they take out or ruin many of the good little things and ruin quotes like "What's a Goku?" or this one for instance.
