  • Really love this version. She's got such a sweet voice.

  • This version had a better feel to it love the music very retro and reminds me of hearing it when i was very young

  • I prefer the ABBA version. I didn't know this version until recently. ABBA got to number 17 in the Dutch charts.

  • Blimey, that was a cold day !, great upload, thanks.

  • This is different. There have been lots of artists covering ABBA tunes. But nearly all of them happened well after ABBA's time in the sun. But this one charted during ABBA's early days. In fact, this peaked even before the original did. How weird is that? This peaked at #68 on October 5, 1974, while the charting-at-the-same-time original peaked at #27 on October 26, 1974. Both versions are good.

  • Great version of the Abba song by Polly Browne and producer Ron Roker singing the boys part.Produced by Gerry Shury and Ron Roker who also wrote and produced together with Phil Swern Polly's other big hit Up In A Puff Of Smoke.

  • it's much better than ABBA's own recording.

  • Polly brown has such a fantastic voice and beautifull as well. 1st class act.

  • I remember this record being bought 4 my Dad it was late summer 74 & I had This is the story of my love (Baby) - Wizzard, Goin down the road - Roy wood, don't let the sun go down on me - Elton John, Wen will I c u again - 3 Degrees which I think was another of my Dads (God rest his soul) & I would go in 2 my room and play them evrynite usaully non stop. (The song above was written by Benny & Bjorn of ABBA by the way).
