This is gonna depend if I own the company or if I had a boss AND if we can make it a male employee. ;-)

If I own the company and it's a male and he's a decent sort and I'm not currently monogamous, I might take him up on the offer except he really would have been stealing from me and that would make it like I paid for sex, so.....upon further evaluation, the bastard is fired!

Fire her... only IDIOTS accept sexual favors like this. Even if I wasn't married, I would still fire her, and not accept the sex.

Why? Because she has turned her own misdeed in to something she can now use against ME in the form of blackmail.
