Pretty much talking about how Kim put herself out there after the video tape focused yet she was crying about how she was being humiliated. If she was so upset about being exposed why would you go do playboy afterwards? She pretty much did it for exposure.

I don't think that's why she did it. I think she was so humiliated by that tape, but she eventually used it to her advantage, which is the best thing she could have done honestly. She was very uncomfortable and hesitant (at least that's how she was on the show) about doing playboy. But I think it was wise of her to use it to her advantage. Better to benefit from your mistakes than to let them hang over you forever.
