Go to 'fiddlers green' website, look up their card plans for ww2, they have a natter plan. It will cost a little money, but you get 3 free plans for other planes when you join.

It was very smooth bamboo. The cause of failure was the homemade rocket ripping open, matches and foil is just no good for something that size! I made this when I had no understanding of airplane construction - it was too heavy to fly xP
I have investing in balsa wood and I have some rockets to fit. Project not over yet...

the longer I take a look at that bucket (not yours, the original I mean) the clearer it get's that it wouldn't fly in a million years! It was obviously destined to be driven by people against the regime...
