I just wanted to comment after 3 months of very interesting comments and many arguments, updating you on the situation:

Jacmob is doing very well and has made more ambitious moves to stop bots permanently with Jagex's massive support. RSBuddy is under serious development by its many talented developers, and is staged to be ready in the coming months. Yes, Jacmob is now a Jagex employee, but nevertheless still looking out for his community and wants nothing more but to help them.

For the people qqing about bots being busted and Jacmob moving on to JaGeX: Seriously? You're condemning him for retiring from open source Runescape bot development after 5-6 years and moving on to a more than likely life-changing experience? If he ever decides to leave Jagex, it still stays on his resume. More power to him.
