Awesome job. Haven't heard this since college, when we performed this with our baritone professor of opera narrating, and our (then brand-new) Markussen organ in a hall built for the accoustics of the organ. Your video took me right back, goosebumps and all. Thanks for posting!

in 2004, i remeber performing this for the san antonio music heritage festival. the chamber chorus i was in placed 1st place GOLD!!!! Beautiful song yet spooky. i'd prefer the organ accomp. over the piano any day for this song.

Oh wow, it's been forever (I graduated in '92) since I've heard this song. my concert choir did this in '91. very cool to hear it again!

Excellent, disciplined performance. The Chapel wasn't blue when I was there and the organ had a scant 4,174 pipes.

This was one of my favorite songs my high school chamber choir performed! My friend and I used to go around singing "Whhhhyyyyy Why?" for months after we sang it! You all sound good on this, AND I'm glad you got to perform it with an organ! This song with piano accompaniment is not nearly as effective as with an organ.
