Most social workers suffer from cognitive distortionhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cognitive_distortion Did you know that for every child social services gets into care and adopt out gets a REBATE from the GOVERNMENT and the heads of social services,social worker and PRIVATE ADOPTION AGENCIES get a nice little bonus too! ! The family court judges sit on the adoption panels and decide if children are adoptable, work that one out!!
The UK Social services are trying to locate me and take my son back to the UK and put him into foster care using the Hague Convention. Even though i have been seperated from my ex partner for 20 months and my son will not be at risk of witnessing domestic violence. They say he was unlawfully removed from their care, i say he was unlawfully removed from my care. Who are the abusers? The Social services and courts have done more damage to my childrens lives and mine than my ex partner ever did.
I had to leave my eldest son by a previous ex partner and his girlfriend who has been alienating me from my son's life using my situation with social services. I hope my son spencer see's this and understands the truth of what happened and finds me oneday.

Haha you are a joke! firstly father is supporting me and children not coming back to uk and if my son is returned he will be adopted against both mine and the fathers will! as for me being self fish, my son was begging me to take him out of care and any caring parent would 'rescue' their child from the isolation and PAIN caused my being taken away from everyone they know and love.Social services caused the 'emotional harm' my son has no re-collection of any domestic violence! Can I just ask why cafcass would tell you to get back with your abusive ex?

My partner has been involved with cafcass and they never once suggested he get back with his ex-wife! unless.....you had already got back with him and they said only if he goes and gets help for his drinking that things can be resolved...I'm only assuming as I find it difficult to believe that would happen...hey correct me if Im wrong I know they can come out with crap sometimes - but that...that seems so unrealistic.

As i have said i seperated from him when they took my son, Cafcass said that social services had done nothing to help the family.And to use this time to get back together and funding from court to get ex help with his drinking, so we did.

I feel bad to some degree although I have to say a woman should NEVER brag about raising a children with the father has as much right to a child as a mother does. If the father turns out to be a bad influence as in this case the woman should still have some shame in that she obviously married a man that wasn't a good person and didn't do her homework when dating because regardless the boys will have problems not having their biological father.

A 'good person' can also be an alcoholic which turns him into a 'bad' person, have you never known anybody to be so DIFFERENT when they are drunk? if we could all see how our 'bad' relationships would turn out two thirds of us wouldnt ever have got married or have children! what a ridiculous comment.

Next time they aproach you, blow their brains out and send a clear message that we, the families have had enough. In Jamaica, some parents kill social workers. One father ran a worker down with his car. I say Good For Him. If someone without a government ID tried to kidnap your kids, and you killed to protect your kids, you would be a hero

I think there are people working within the courts that advise CPS when there is a custody / family court issue and CPS fabricates an excuse to get the child. They may say someone made an anonymous report of child abuse (when in fact they made it themselves). Mothers should go underground as much as possible - don't accept any social services, don't go to women's shelters. It may be hard, but losing your children is harder.

Take your story to the human rights council & also amnesty international. It was a mistake that you left the country, although nothing should be held against if you had decided to take work abroad & a holiday, authorities or no authorities.
