The new SCHIP revisions now, more than ever, rely on cigarette taxation for funding.
Smoke, it's for the children.
Even if you don't smoke, buy a pack of cigarettes whenever you can, most of the Federal Tax goes to SCHIP, state taxes go to fund many worthwhile programs and government projects.
If you aren't smoking, you are just un-American.
