This is our daughter, Abigail, that has an undiagnosed syndrome/disease. She itches all day, every day. She does not sleep more then 3 hours, she has an enlarged live, a heart murmur, bowel problems, delayed speech and gross motor development, blood blisters under her nails from itching so much, poor growth.... There is a laundry list of her signs and symptoms. For more info please contact us here and I will repond
**Please do not contact us with a suggestion for a cream or wash that you or your family has tried. Her problems are more then just "itchy skin"

ADDITIONAL INFO: Abigail will be 3 this month. We have seen 19 doctors including pediatricians, pediatric dermatology, pediatric gastro, allergists/immunologist, PCP/PCM, ER doctors, and a handful of eastern medicine/naturopathic doctors. We have taken her to the ER and demanded that they admit her and help us, but continue to be told that we just need to give her the steriods and this will get better- even though we have tried them all and it has not gotten better. Maybe I was misunderstood, I was asking for help, an answer- not a bandaide. She had very thin fine, baby-like hair. She is 25 pounds, and wearing 12-18 month clothes. She has a distended belly and no rear end, but her limbs are all really skinny. Her head seems big for her body and her facial features have always seemed more doll-like than baby-like. Her skin is always hot. She eats as much or more than (generally) her 6 1/2 year old sister, but it doesn't always come out the other end (never has, since birth). We know have her on daily prune juice (which has helped but hasn't cured any problems). I can't think of anything else to add right now... Gonna get some sleep while she's sleeping.

  • Thank you all for your comments. Abby is still itching and we have now seen 24 doctors. She was hospitalized in June and all they could say was "the most severe case of eczema" they've ever seen. Within 5 days of returning home and 1 day of stopping the wet wraps/steriod wraps the itching came back despite the 3 antihistimines, and 6-10x day aquaphor application it all came back. She is still not sweating, growth is minimal and not sleeping. We continue to pray for and an answer & Divine healing

  • I can forward on more info but I have 7 pages of info about her, what we've tried, who we've seen, etc. I thought that was a little much to post here, but would not mind forwarding you some of it if you might be able to help.....

  • Speak to a dietician if you have not already. This looks like allergic dermatitis (eczema) Either a chemical reaction from soaps/detergents or general chemicals or from foods of which Poultry seems to be the most common. A reaction this severe would lead me to believe the latter. A dietician should help you locate the problem foods and work out a diet around them. Hope this helps.

  • lessin baths with soaps it helps alot

  • my daughter is suffering same exzact thing help

  • take her off all gluten and dairy.

  • I don't know if you have already had her tested for Celiac Disease, although it is hard to diagnose in children, but she may be suffering from Dermatitis Herpetiformis as a result. Typically though the rash develops later in life. I hope someone will be able to figure this out soon.

  • The pour little angel. Does she do this everywhere she is? The car? The hospital? The store? It could be anything. The type of laundry detergent. The type of bedding. The fibers that are in the pillow. A warm bath with calamine lotion then lay down on a thin memory foam bed may help to evaluate if it stops. Seams more like a allergic reaction. I would send this video to every hospital in Salt Lake City, Atlanta, Seattle. They have some of the best doctors. I pray she gets relief soon.

  • I have a 13 month old son who is going thru the same thing...relentless itching!!! It is so bad that I have had to sew snowsuit sleeves inside a shirt so he cannot bite thru. It is truly debilitating and I was wondering what other parents do who are in this situation. My son is endlessly suffering and I NEED to get some relief for him. Please help!

  • I will gladly give your daughter 3 free sessions. If you are interested you can reach me at 940-923-4606
