@MrRambo1037 he had lng cancer and about 5 months left to live, he wanted to go out in a fight, just like a marine

At least he went out in a blaze of glory. Just like he wanted to. He knew he only had one fight left in him and from what he looked like in the episode, he didn't look that good. My guess is that he chose his death like Jenny did. I'm going to miss him.
