Paradigm Research Group founder Stephen Bassett backed Mitchell's theory and demanded that President Obama's administration release all information concerning extraterrestrial beings.

Really? So you still think there is enough clarity in this shot to tell one way or the other ??? the quality of this shot is not all that great as everything is a blur. Even the cockpit isn't clear. To me from 2:37 until 2:40 the object seems to be flapping (wings ?) not to clear though...

Since your picture s so much better than mine... Can you make out what type of clouds there are in this shot ?

And yes there should be enough pixel resolution to exhibit this, with video compression the object would be lighter

@Peekingduck Video lenses (commercial more so than professional) have a broad depth of field so it can keep several things in focus, however if an object is far enough in front of the focal point you’ll have an outer hazing or an opaque quality as the object is in the foreground depth of field. For the object to be as small as the largest bird (what’s that an eagle, vulture?) then it would need to be far enough in front of the shuttle to exhibit this hazing or opaque quality.
