My nan had one similar but with hers you could press a button to open the door. Also, neither her or I knew that you had to push the dial in when it was done,we just left it on!!!

hey i had one of these machines up till about 3 weeks ago and it waas a flyer never gave me any trouble and it would b on 3 or 4 times a day. then just on day it wouldnt work for me and i had to buy a new one now i have whrilpool and it is good aswell but the only thing is that the water level does be very low in the mian wash and the rinses

well, considering that my papa got the machine at a scrap yard, he restored it about 10 years ago, but he got it as a spare as the bendix was not working, and he had a servis 310 which wasnt working either, i do think it has served us well
