~~ Phineas and Ferb create a rainbow machine so Isabella would see one in reality. Doofenshmirtz builds his own floating city based off his hand-made plush model. When Candace and Vanessa's clothes get mixed up at the dry cleaner's, they're forced to wear each others' clothes. Candace tries to hide from the public while running errands with her mom and Vanessa tries to prove her dad is evil to her mom. After a little incident with Doofenshmirtz on his last mission, Perry the Platypus is stuck with a cone around his neck, so he has a little trouble getting through his secret agent chute...
