@TKD344 Well for one, I've posted several TKD videos on my channel before I started scrutinizing others. (Go ahead and bash my forms if it makes you feel good.) Second, I was one of 3 people in my instructor's 30 yrs of teaching TKD to get his black black belt in under 5 years. I also trained Shaolin Kung Fu in China for 2 months, then Muay Thai/Muay Boran for 9 months in Thailand, +7hrs a day, 6 days a week. And above all I learned not to be ignorant and respect all forms of Martial Art

@MathewJoki You call me a keyboard warrior? What does that make you? And what level are you in Taekwondo? That is if you have ever done it? Maybe on your X Box?
-
@TKD344 Yep, keyboard warrior. A true student of General Choi's philosophy and teaching would not judge another's form or style nonconstructive or without the courage to demonstrate themselves. I hope that now you know the TKD founder is not "Gen Choi." Also, please educate yourself, as Oh Do Kwan IS the original form of TKD founded by Choi Hong Hi, and modern TKD is a disseminated version designed for no other purpose that to make it dissimilar from Japanese Karate.

@MathewJoki I was with a MacDojang - Just like this one on the video -I have now joined the one and only true Taekwondo ITF Taekwondo, I took my Mac Black belt off and started again to learn properly -I have never looked back - You go ahead and enjoy your coco pops taekwondo - I will stay with the true ITF as founded by Gen Choi

@TKD344 Upload video of yourself and stop being a keyboard warrior. My money is you're style of training is that of a disseminated McDojang that has tricked you into believing what you learned is the "true TKD." Props for the guy in the video.

4th Dan? Put your white belt back on fella

Kudos for being brave enough to put this on youtube.
For the issues:
your back stance is two wide/long, and your back foot on your front stance is not parallel but slanted.
Your wrists are bent on your punches (dangerous for you) and knifehands.
Remember to keep arms straight on first few moves, and cupping hand needs to be higher (like when talking on a cell phone).
box blocks are too far forward - should be more like a box and rigid and in line with your body.
Your Front stances are to long
oh no i have to learn this form soon. it looks complicated. you did a great job, there were no flaws that i could find in your form.

@randomBAperson thanks for the comment but this form will get better as you practice it. Take each move at a time and you will find that it repeats itself in some areas that will cut down on pressure. Congrats on learning it!!!
