The way you played the song, while singing, was pretty awfull. Just "clonk clonk" - the song should be bouncy! If you're stuck for ideas, usually a simply fifth-first-third-first-repeat on the chord gives a slightly smoother sound, while still being easy enough to keep up while singing :-) And as stated before, you rushed it a bit - you didn't keep the beat that consistently - the kazoo was funny but the sound was poor and didn't fit with either your voice or the piano...
