It's interesting to see how similar reversed mae ukemi are to regular ushiro ukemi and vice versa.

Haha, thanks Gabby :p By the way, where were you the other classes? I couldn't go Saturday....I accidentally slept in. Might want to watch out for me though >:D, Garry says I'm a natural at Aikido. Also I'm a really really fast learner, especially when it comes to Aikido. Oh and how have you been these last few weeks Gab?

Just wonderful! :p I'm envious, your rolls are perfect, mine are getting there. But excellent video, and yeah, there is no difference between the two ukemi. But that is just spectacular :D

WOW! I usually think of forward and backward rolls as two different things ... could it be that they're really the same thing?

Yeah that's actually why we made the video - to see if you can do a backward roll that's really just the reverse of a forward roll and vice versa. I reckon the boys did a pretty good job.
