@lowaces i agree with you a hundred percent, bowen park does not feel safe when it is dark, there is barely any lighting and its been well known for ages tehre is prositution and drug dealing happening after hours but nobody wants to do anything about it but add another lane to the highway, there is abrely any lighting along the road outside bowen park goign down bowen road even!

the reason why is the people who run nanaimo are morons but they have buddies in the media who always agree with them
