The annual Christmas video where we venture out somewhere to take a Christmas portrait. This is enhanced so watch the HD version full screen.
Elvis says: "This is shot on a Canon 5D mkII with a Nikon 35mm f1.4 lens from the 1970's. The audio is recorded on a Zoom H...4n. Most of the shots were at f1.4 because this lens has wonderful blooms in over exposed areas when wide open. I wanted the sky to really wrap around the tree tops. It is a look difficult to simulate. A more modern lens would be much sharper but you would loose the overwhelming warmness brought by this old exotic glass."
