Reaching Out to School Children in Bangladesh

The video depicts how out-of-school children in some rural areas of Bangladesh are being enrolled in learning centers near their home with a view to obtaining quality primary education. This effort is to complement the delivery of mainstream primary education. These children who are disadvantaged in terms of poverty or remoteness of household have a "second chance" to complete primary education. It is worth noting that the Project relies heavily on community ownership and participation, assisted through public/private partnership (Government/NGOs).
