hey Red, thanks for the quick reply, I'm using a 6 meg pix Sony camera+ video recorder and I have Windows Live Photo Gallery thats just what pops up when i plug in the camera, but i can get what ever you suggest.

ooo idk that program. i dont use anything special. i used to use windows movie maker on my old computer and now i use imovie on my mac. i dont think its the program. i'd guess its the room

well i think it depends alot on the room and the type of camera. im using this new little cheap kodak camera now and i like the audio from my old camcorder alot better, but the video on the old one sucked. are your drums in a small room? what program are you using to upload the vids?
