@miguel532k It's not likely to go to that extreme. So YES, charge them with murder after the fact. All this boogie-man talk is a buncha BS. I don't believe in prempting shit. If they get hostile they are guilty of something else besides being drunk. Being drunk in public on its own isn't worthy of any punishment. There should be no laws against drugs or suicides either. If someone wants to fuck themselves up, let them. Till they become a real problem they are not hurting anyone but themselves.

@millgiass what if it goes to a extreme and a death is caused because of a dunk person, you think charging someone for murder really justifies a loss of a love one to a family?
-
I couldn't care less. It doesn't become a crime till he does those inappropriate things. Then charge him for that, not being drunk in public.
-
@millgiass being drunk to the point where your disrupting civilians yes, how would you like if a drunk guy did something inappropriate infron of ur children?
-
he already has on handcuffs!!!
-
@TARPICK3201 what the fuck?! what did that guy do to deserve a free flight? he didn´t fight back and what exactly did he do wrong while getting pressed at the wall by two incapable policemen ô.O
-
@TARPICK3201 If you believe in compliance with the man, which I don't. Being drunk in public shouldn't be a crime in the first place.
-
Guess what. Don't fight the police.
Mr. Drunkie should have complied and did as he was told.
That was a clean use of force.
-
fuck the police i hope that bastard loses his job and his pinchin
or the guy could have just not screwed up to get in trouble in the first place,I feel bad for him yes but lets not forget he screwed up first
