It really has had a bad rap from our Drs and of course the insane media! In my opinion Saturated Fat is essential in our daily diet. Its a stable solid mass at room temperature and is required by our bodies. MCT (Medium chain triglyceride) like coconut oil is amazing. Coconut oil contains Lauric acid and is anti fungal, parasite and bacterial. Your liver and thyroid will fall back in love with you if you use it. And as I stated if you remove all other household oils and only cook with this one you could lose up to 36Lbs over 12 months!

FEAR promulgated by the media et al about saturated fat and cholesterol! Wow! Maybe after reading The Cholesterol Con by Colpo and looking back into our past theyd realise how far off base they have positioned themselves from the real role of cholesterol and why would a persons body produce high amounts of this sterol? Dysfunctional lifestyle choices! Consuming: Sugar (Class A drug), grains (GM, not sprouted), pasteurisation, processed salt, oils, soy/a and sweeteners will do it! Stressful thinking and not breathing deeply and fully could be two other reasons. Not doing daily creative movements or a mixture of the lot!
All fats and oils are made up of a mixture of saturated, mono and polyunsaturated fatty acids. Calling animal fats "saturated fats" is very misleading, as many animal fats are actually more than 50% unsaturated, and chicken fat is actually 70% unsaturated. If a fat were completely saturated it would be very solid with the consistency of hard wax.
Please buy organic butter (salt free is best) and remove your margarines. Lard, Ghee, Coconut oil, avocado oils are all great. Olive oil at low temps is good too. Anything natural, which hasnt been highly processed, is best.
Toxins are stored in all fat, so ensure its ORGANIC and LOCAL. If an animal has been sick, injected with antibiotics, growth hormones, eaten grains and not organic grass and the like then your body will be challenged to remove these toxins.
It would be worth playing with the ratio of fat, protein and carbohydrates in every meal because some people need more animal foods in their diet than is usually recommended to feel and function at their best. Bon appetite, sending love
natural saturated fats are good, man made saturated fats are not real sat fats they are polyunsaturateds converted to sat fat, it is rancid, it is rotten, has to be desmelled and articifically made tastey, like margerine, polys do not stand up to processing like real saturated fats do. mcdonalds would of been better staying with coconut or palm oil for cooking then veggie oils, but they were forced by public pressure who are themselves easily manipulated into using this fake fat.

Another invite to study the 'abuse' of bacteria (you are composed of over 400 trillion!) below soil. What feeds plants? There is far more death and destruction below ground feeding our plants than we could ever create on land. I'm not saying I support animal abuse whatsoever. I say get to know your local farmers. You either pay them NOW or pay your Dr's more later. Provide your body cells with the shopping list they require or become a medical statistic
