  • Recently began recording on the BR1180, and so far very pleased with the results. One problem. When I go to burn a CD and get to the "track, enter" stage, a message comes up saying "Error - disc not ready". I tried formatting a higher quality CDR as per the suggestion of a tech friend but to no avail. Can anyone help me? Warner Brothers is anxiously awaiting my product!!

  • I do great recording music on mine, but the phantom power supply for my condensor mic went out in the middle of the song and it no longer pushes mics. so its worthless. Where can I get it repaired? I'll change mic cords but I don't think thats the problem I put 3 mics on it and none of them worked, yes I turned on Phantom power in the system page.

  • This is a great help video and well worth the cost. This is an awesome machine for the money. Of course who wouldn't want a studio but you have all its costs as well. Life is good. Even the Beatles had nothing compared to all this. Even this guy in the video says this in the beginning. Happy recording!

  • Can anyone tell me why I get feed back from my BR1180 when I record a track. As soon as I turn on the equipment the red light blink continuiously and is the cause for the noise. How do I get rid of that annoying noise? thank you.

  • i am bidding for one of these and wanted to know if you can record real acoustic drums ?

cause i know you would have to mic up all the kit but can u record them all at the same time?

  • can anyone tell me how to do reverse reverb on this thing?

  • Can anyone help me, I've been using the BR-1180 for several years, but I've run into a problem of file size or the harddisk space of the song being larger than what a cd can hold.

I've looked at the boook and other than optimization I dont see anything that solves my problem. And when I tried the optimization it didnt do anything, it didnt cut the size of the song on bit.

The song is about 13min and some change but the file size is n the thousands, way too big for a cd. Any help is apprecia

  • and it breaks all the time been trho 3 hard drives boss if you want to get in touch mail me

  • i got one of these ages ago and it took me a month to get to grips with it its a great peice of kit.still not using it to its full potential
