Royal Metals Group Short Term Prediction for US Economy
The Federal Reserve is telling the world that our only option is destroying the us dollar.

China

China's economy continues to confound the pessimists with strong growth. Corporate profits rose at an impressive 38% in the third calendar quarter of 2010. China is now setting the stage for a more affluent population and reducing it's dependance on the US Dollar.

India is Booming

Much of India is growing at a rate similar to the rate in China at close to 10%.
Recently, steel minister Vibhadra Singh made an important statement that the country is considering stopping or limiting iron ore exports to ensure that Indian steel mills have enough supply.

China & India's Economic Growth are 2 HUGE reasons we could see ramped up metals and commodities demand.

Oil Prices

Morgan Stanley predicts $100/barrel oil in 2011 and $105 in 2012. This shortage mentality will be layered upon a situation where the pricing mechanism for oil (the U.S. dollar) is weakening; putting further upward pressure on oil prices. Eventually we will see higher prices at the pump. Permanetly higher gas prices will have profound negative affects upon our economy. Communter cost may wipe out an entire class of jobs in the US Economy. Higher gas prices will also have a ripple effeect upon anything shipped by truck.

  • @george4title YOU CALLED 1600 DOLLARS PER OZ FOR GOLD OVER 8 MONTHS AGO GEORGE.

  • China and India are actually producing things while we're just firing up our printing press, and just printing away!

  • George the Huckster... Buy your new home yet?

  • Great Vid George, Its good to see doing these again.

  • @kent6608 we all know inflation happens. Hell we grew up with it, but what is happening now could raise prices in a shockingly quick manner. People wouldnt have enough time to ajust to the new "dollar/peso". chaos ensues. Better for us to prepare. Think about it yourself. Was Sweden cheaper to live in ten years ago? Twenty years ago? People ajust, but not when things happen too quickly

  • @hobatu I meant over the short haul. I am assuming we are headed towards WW3. Also, our own engineers ans scientists can come up with all the technology we sold out to other countries. We have rare earths right here in the U.S but the application for thos compounds would take several years to develop. I agree that no country should be an Island, but if we had to, we COULD

  • I see one person bitching about 4 dollar a gallon gas. LOL

We have been paying 7-8 dollars a gallon in Europe for years. And I still have more disposable income than I ever had living in the USA.

Also, in NL our social security is funded 40 years in advance and its illegal for the govt to touch that fund.

America....land of warmongers and the karmic retribution is about to come back on you.

    No sympathy here for you.

  • @hobatu our Prez gave emminent domain rights to China now...insanity.

  • @hobatu gosh, that really sounds the way that the US is going. I was looking at job announcements...the starting pay for jobs for the government: $25, 30, 40, 50 thousand dollars PER year. We need to trim down the government wages, it seems they are becoming the rich ones now, too. They did not allow social security recipients a cost of living increase for the past two years. We all know where this could be headed.

  • @sabrinacle so very true. We have the ability to become self sustaining.
