  • If that's not a rock n' roll solo I don't know what is. On a cheap Squier Strat no less, by a guy who's only played Teles and Gibsons before or since; Young and the Restless drumsticks; Blue Rondo a la Turk or...Chopsticks. And irony of ironies: Al is now and has been for years one of hottest songwriters in Nashville. This was America's greatest band. If you know, you know. If you don't... find out.

  • I agree with Penn.

I went to high school with him, although I was a year behind.

    He'll be missed.

  • Everytime NRBQ played, Tom Ardolino's then girlfriend used to scream out "Get Rhythm"....here's one for you Tom..

  • rip Tom Ardolin

  • This song kicks ass. Carlene Carter was all over Al. Bit of an awkward moment at 6:45 where she rebukes Joey. "I didn't finish your song, but I did finish Al's.." Ouch.

  • Penn was right. Drummers don't get much better.

  • @mccaslin131

They have pretty good squiers actually. I would imagine he's not playing the 99$ one :P

  • Lowell George would've liked this I'm thinkin'. Good stuff.

  • As much as I like Terry Adams and his attempt to keep "NRBQ" going with the new band, this is the real stuff. Any other lineup is a cover band.

  • ...one person can't get rythm......
