new color and a twist out

i did the aphogee treatment and colored my hair using matrix 6m with a copper booster. did small twist and took them out 2 days later and also trimmed my ends

Hey Prettydimples, a beautician colored my hair and it has black on the ends and red at the roots. Can I go to Sally's and use a demi? It happened a month ago so should I wait longer to color it and should I do the process of using the aphogee treating before I use the demi? The lady at Sally's said I will take my hair out if I use the demi bc I has peroxide in it, can I use a 10 volume just to turn my hair back black?

@snapnappy40 if you want to go back black you can just use the 10 vol. in time the black color may fade and you will start to see the red again

Hi Prettydimples! How do you control frizz? I got my hair colored sometime in May of this year 2010. I just started doing my own hair this month and I notice towards the ends of my hair are really dry, hard and frizzy. I used all types of oils, water, and shea butter to soften the ends, but nothing helps. Please help! Thanks in advance.

Something that is really good for edges, is the olive oil edge control! Works really well, in case you have not used it!

Thank you for the quick response! My ends where trimmed a month ago by a professional stylist. I'm wondering if I should cute more of the color off. Do you think that is the right move? I notice how the colored portion of your hair is not frizzy when you take your twist out. I love your hair!

Hey Pretty dimples, I love the hair color and the twist out. Your hair looks amazing! Although, I am not as brave as you with the hair color because I have had a lot of breakage in the past, when my hair was relaxed,but now that I am all natural, I will stick with black hair to avoid hair breakage.
