@benmummyzxc Take it from an actual paleo major who has worked under Horner...no. Spinosaur jaws weren't just weaker- they were SO delicately built that it simply would NOT be able to combat large, powerful, thick skinned animals. So weak, in fact, so thin, that they would literally snap if it tried to grapple with a Tyrannosaur. Rex had a massively powerful head and massive neck- even if it was hit first, Spinosaur teet wouldn't do any real damage before it had it's head bitten off

Stop fighting about the spino vs rex.Size,strength and bite force aint a good way to compare.It matters about who strikes first.The spinosaurus teeth is weaker but if it bite rex's neck and it breaks it might be stuck on the neck and rex is D.O.O.M.E.D.
