How is pulmonary stenosis commonly associated with VSD ??

How large is this VSD? It looks huge. I've had a VSD since birth, I'm now 52. Just had my latest echo yesterday. It's about 5 to 6 mm and very high up on the wall. While I've had 3 bouts of endocarditis, I'm fortunate pressures in the heart and lungs are not significantly elevated. Let's hope it stays that way!

I started taking Levodyn because i was keen to bring my blood pressure down without resorting to prescription medicine. i have been taking it for less than 4 weeks but have already noticed a change. Before taking Levodyn my blood pressure was 152/86, it is now 128/76. i am really impressed.

The difference is that this young lady has had pulmonary hypertension for 19 years which has permanently damaged her lungs. If your daughters VSD hadn't been closed at her young age the same fate most likely would have awaited her.
When you mentioned they close spontaneously did you mean the Eisenmenger complex?
