darth, the reason Kathy dennis didnt contine in the dance pop movement is becase in 91, grunge came in and basically kicked all the dance music out as well as heavy metal. Cathy did write a few rock tunes but by this time the club dance scene was fading out and replaced with grundgy dirty people. But they were beautiful

Mate, Cathy Dennis wrote a song for Britney that got to no.1 around a decade later. She is more successful as a songwriter than a singer, even though I loved her early songs. Cathy rules!!!
