This is a requi .... vide .... something, about the Daughters of Cacophony.
It is known that they are a bloodline of Clan Toreador. If someone do not know that, he would probably say: "Oh, look, another Malk."
The Malkavians are very amused by the pure fact, that this bloodline exist.
If you are not familiar with them, and wondering what's up with all that noise in the video, just imagine that the clansflaw from this bloodline is, that they are not allowed to raise Alertness above a rating of three. Guess why.

Holy fcking sht. I was reading while listening to the music at a high volume, just as I was reading "all that noice in the video" and thought "What noise?" ... that sht killed my ears and I got scared ._.
