  • JJ plays up to the cameras WAY too much. Why does he talk in such cliches?

  • He's gonna be such a pain!

  • The only person who really had a reason to complain was Sam because he's allergic to seafood. Or at least, he was the only one who actually got sick from eating it.

  • @nosrep09

i think at this early stage in the game, red meat would probably do them more justice. its more of a transitional step from the foods that they are used to and they'd receive more energy to work out with resulting in big weight loss week one and even bigger in week two when they begin a more calorie controlled diet.

  • too bad too shciad !!! stupid dick shit head

  • does it really matter what food they chose? I know seafood is healthier but they're all in the same boat. Seafood = they all get an advantage. Red meat = they all get a disadvantage.

I'm probably just being dense, but it's late, forgive me :[

  • "my ass wouldn't be the size of a mack truck" hahahaha

  • @kiquorice You're right... I meant AJ. Yes, I found out later that she did that. Very good. Anyway, she was starting to put on weight, but during Biggest Loser Aus 4, she loses 11kg and looks much better :)

  • @Mattly2 THIS.

  • I dunno, in this case I think JJ is right even if he's a little tactless. "Ew, fish is icky!" is the sort of attitude that I generally hear from first graders who refuse to eat anything but peanut butter or chicken nuggets.

Why not try something healthier for a week, seeing as how you are on a weight-loss show? In other words, suck it up. This whole thing is about breaking habits and trying new things that can make you healthier. You'll probably like it more than you think you will.

  • @morelocd JJ is a contestant. I think you mean AJ. And she has already lost well over 60 kg outside of the show, which is why she was chosen as the host.

  • @Azith10 It's entirely possible. I know several vegetarians who rival these folks. Vegetarians aren't inherently healthier or lighter than non-vegetarians just based on a non-meat diet. The reason why they *tend* to be lighter is that they are, by virtue of limiting a portion of their diet from the "standard," more apt to be aware of what they are eating. If you have to read labels for content, you're more likely to know the calories too.
