Blitzz is a concentrated pre-workout supplement that is manufactured exclusively for Complete Nutrition.

Blitzz features include:

3-way creatine system- Creatine HCl, Creatine Mg Chelate, Kre-Alkalyn
Triple-Threat nitric oxide system - Citrulline Malate, Arginine AKG, Agmatine Sulfate
Beta Alanine
HyperDrive Blend - 250mg Caffeine
Sugar Free, and No Fillers

This blend of ingredients is designed to provide insane energy and focus, and enhance strength, pump and endurance. My experience with Blitzz found it to do just that. I had a pretty crazy amount of energy (hello 250mg caffeine). I was able to cruise through my sets, and stay completely focused on my workout. My mind was ready and willing to keep going even when my muscles were exhausted. I also had a great pump. I used Blitzz before a tricep workout, and my triceps were pretty full. The product definitely delivered.

I had the pink lemonade flavor, and it was rock solid. The taste was a very mild lemonade flavor, and there wasn't any weird after-taste, or anything like that. It was just a nice pink lemonade flavor.

Overall, I really liked this product. I believe it is only available through Complete Nutrition, which may be one downfall. If you do decide to try Blitzz, another thing to monitor is your caffeine intake. Since the product contains 250mg per serving, that does not allow you to consume too much beyond that in your diet. Also, I believe Blitzz sells for right around $60 for a 46 serving tub- this is a little high, right over the $1/serving benchmark.
