It just SOUNDS LIKE helium because Europe tv's foreign dubs are fast than English & american tv.

When American TV shows are transferred to European TV, they're sped up for technical reasons. That's probably what you're hearing.

Guess I'm just more sensitive to that kind of thing. Because for me, the difference is enough that it might as well be a different piece of music.
It makes the difference between being something I like to listen to and something I'm indifferent towards. Hard to explain---
