I've always found it odd that Harry named his son after Snape. I'm a huge Snape fan, but if I found out that a creepy teacher I had hated for 7 years had saved my life, simply because he was in love with my dead mother, my first instinct wouldn't be "I'm gonna name my kid after him!" it would be, "Thanks dude, but you're still creepy."

I read the first book when i was 6 and finished the last one aged 10, i have to say i would NEVER have expected snape to be a good guy until i saw it, and in the movie i looked forward to seeing how they did tthis scene, and i have to say...this portrays it so well, rickman made snape not just a spy for dumbledore, but he made him a realistic character, like most of the people from HP are, i will always love this film and i will always love the book
