  • This brings such tears yet again to my eyes...what effect it had on Michael? Doesn't take a genius to figure this out...I still find it out of this world that Michael found it within him to forgive his father...after being hurt so much emotionally and physically by Joe Jackson...I am disgusted...my heart goes out to all children who are abused in whatever way...I pray for their souls...I still pray for Michael's soul...he deserves peace and love now...thanks MJ for giving us your all...rip.

  • Let's get something straight here. Michael talked to Bashir about whippings because that's how Bashir set up the interview. He wanted dirt. He wanted scandal.

In the outtakes you can see that Michael starts to say good things about his father, and Bashir cuts him off. "No, no, tell me more about the beatings! Tell me more about how ***ed up you are!"

Toward the end of the program you can Michael fidgeting and rolling his eyes when Bashir does this, because he was fed up with it.
