Same thing happened to my centro from putting headphones, in it all you have to do is take a small metal pin (and i had music runing through p tunes so i knew when it would work and) now just put the pin in the audio jack and wiggle it around in there untill the sound comes back on!

I had the same problem. The speaker and vibrator are most likely still in your old case. Look for the speaker near the earpiece and the vibrator near the bottom of the back piece. Good luck!
